Post 16 Pathways & Career Support

Taking the Next Steps with a Helping Hand

It can be an exciting yet nerve-racking time when it comes to taking those all-important next steps.

The Webber Independent School will help ease the transition from secondary education to further education or career pathways (such as apprenticeships) by taking away the fear factor with the right guidance. Our support has seen our past students secure top career apprenticeships with leading global employers and transition smoothly to  Sixth Form settings or colleges.

In the last four years, all of our Year 11 students have received multiple sixth-form and post-16 destination offers and the vast majority have accepted their first choice.
