We understand the importance of choosing the right school for your daughter or son and we know that everyone’s decision-making process is slightly different, which is why we’re on hand to answer any questions you may have about the admissions process, the school and how we can support your child’s future.
The best way to experience Life at Webber is to come and have a personalised tour, meet our Headmistress, see our lessons in action, speak with our teachers, and ask our students questions.
Everyday is an open day here At Webber and we are proud to be able to offer personalised tours at a time convenient to our prospective parents and pupils.
Applying to The Webber Independent is simple, we believe in a personal approach and making things easy. Our Admissions Team is on hand to answer any questions that you may have.
Below you’ll find an outline of how to apply and what to expect.
Complete our Enquiry Form or call our Admissions Team on 01908 574740 or email@example.com to register your interest and find out more about Our School.
Headmistress Hilary Marsden would be happy to meet with parents talk about your child and their application to Webber and to answer questions you may have about the school.
We are delighted to be able to offer limited slots available throughout the school day and after school. Please contact our Admissions Registrar to arrange a meeting.
The next step is for your son or daughter to visit the school for two days. At this stage, we require a non-refundable fee of £200, details of this fee can be found in our School Fees Booklet below or the Admissions Process Booklet. You will be sent an Application Pack Form to complete and return to the registrar via email at firstname.lastname@example.org. The Taster/Assessment days will be confirmed by the Registrar on a mutually convenient date.
Your child (Year 3 and above) will complete an online multiple-choice style verbal and non-verbal reasoning assessment. For Reception and Years 1 and 2, the class teacher will complete a series of informal written and verbal assessments. At this stage, we will request a reference from your child’s previous school.
A provisional offer is made in writing, pending receipt of a written reference from your child’s current school, the completed admissions forms and the general refundable deposit of £1000*.
Once a formal offer is made and accepted, a start date is confirmed and a place is guaranteed. Offers are usually valid for a period of two weeks.
The Admissions Team is on hand throughout the process to answer any questions you may have or provide you with further information.
We look forward to meeting you and your son or daughter.
