Our recent ISI Inspection noted that “pupils in the Early Years demonstrate exceptional levels of confidence, curiosity, and independence.” It’s no surprise that 97% of parents in our latest survey said their child “felt happy and settled” at The Webber.
Transition isn’t something that happens overnight at Webber; it’s a carefully supported journey. Through carefully structured induction activities, taster sessions and warm, familiar routines, we make sure every child feels ready to step confidently into Reception life. Communication with parents is a priority too. We hold welcome evenings, informal chats, and regular updates through our dedicated platforms to ensure families feel part of the journey. 95% of parents said they felt “very well informed” about their child’s progress and wellbeing.
