The Webber Independent School is proud to offer a fantastic prep education at an exceptionally competitive price. Education, care, enrichment, and lunch – all from £1,221/month*

We believe that high-quality education should be accessible and affordable. Our fee structure is designed to offer exceptional value, whilst delivering excellence in quality education.

Our fee and care offer includes an outstanding independent education alongside guaranteed wraparound care from 7.30am – 6.00pm and lunches.

We offer flexible payment options, allowing fees to be settled termly, or through a monthly payment scheme (spread across 11 months).

Discounted Fees & Wraparound Care Offer

*Our discounted fees and wraparound care offer provides busy families with flexibility and peace of mind at an incredible price. Parents who book our full wraparound care package, receive a discount on both the care and tuition fees.

Interest-free Monthly Payments

Fees are invoiced termly (three times per year) in advance of each term. Our parents have the option to pay over eleven months of the academic year totally interest-free. This means that the fee invoice can be paid in eleven equal instalments, with payment in full completed by June.

Little Webber Nursery Fees (6 months+)

Open 51 weeks of the year with opening times of 7:30 am – to 6:00 pm and offering full and half-day sessions. The Webber Nursery delivers nurturing care and educational excellence, supporting your child in unlocking their full potential, with regular interaction with Reception and older year groups, enabling a seamless transition into ‘Big School’.

Allowing each child’s growth and development to be at the forefront of everything we do and ensuring they feel part of the warm and welcoming Webber Family.

Funding

At Little Webber, we provide a high-quality, safe, and stimulating Nursery for your children to develop and grow and discover what is possible.

In line with recent government changes to settings and early years funding, from January 2026 we will be introducing the 30 hours / 22 stretched funding from 9 months old, along with adjustments to funding and fees.Please check eligibility criteria here: https://www.gov.uk/free-childcare-if-working/check-youre-eligible

All Bank Holidays, INSET days & the Christmas period are not chargeable to parents.

Other Fees

We offer a wide range of extra-curricular activities, and most are included in the termly school fees. Clubs run by external providers will incur additional charges; further details are available upon request. We also provide examination booster classes at no extra cost.

10% discount when your second child joins Webber

SCHOLARSHIPS

The Webber Independent School is offering a limited number of Scholarships for 2025/2026 for students who show outstanding achievement and potential in their area of talent.

To be considered for a Webber Scholarship, your child must demonstrate a track record of academic excellence or achievement in your child’s particular area of talent. Scholarships are available for students from Year 6 to Year 11, and depending on your child’s academic strength and talent, we may award up to a 50% Scholarship. REFER A FRIEND SCHEME
We love it when our parents refer us to their friends, and as a “Thank you”, we offer a scheme that gives a little something back. For further details about this £300 fee reduction, please contact us.

LATE PICK-UP FEES – 6:00 PM TO 6:30 PM

£5.00per half hour (24-hour notice)
£10.00 per half hour (booked on the day)
£15.00 per half hour (booked after 4.00 pm on the day)
£20.00 per half hour (not booked)
