Pastoral support at Webber is personalised to meet the needs of each pupil. Form Tutors and key members of staff build strong relationships with pupils, providing day-to-day guidance as well as additional support where needed. We maintain open communication with families and take a proactive approach to wellbeing, ensuring that any concerns are addressed early and effectively.
Alongside academic learning, we place great importance on personal development. Pupils are supported in building confidence, emotional awareness, independence and strong social skills – all essential for success both in school and beyond.
Safeguarding remains a top priority, and we are committed to maintaining a secure, inclusive environment where every child feels safe and supported. By working closely with families, we ensure a consistent and collaborative approach to each child’s wellbeing.
Our commitment to pastoral care and safeguarding was recognised in our most recent ISI inspection report, which commended the strength of our provision.
