After another rigorous application process this year we would like to give an update on students who have been selected for the Student Executive Team and Prefects for the next academic year.
To apply for a position in the Student Executive Team or to become a Prefect students had to submit a C.V and letter of application and attend a formal interview. For the Head Students roles, the short-listed applicants also had to deliver a presentation on how they can make an impact on life at Webber and share their energy, experience and passion with students throughout the school.
I was very impressed with the preparation and enthusiasm students demonstrated during their interviews, it is as always delightful to learn more about the wide range of skills, abilities and experience that our Students have and shared passionately with me.
Whether students have been successful on this occasion or not, I am confident they have gained experience from the application process and will receive feedback on their strengths and areas to develop for further interviews.

The Prefects and Student Executives received their badges at this week’s Awards Ceremony ready to step into their important roles from September. I look forward to working with an outstanding Student Executive Team!
